This is my latest animation. I designed a robot mining character named GEM (the abbreviation is meaningless; it simply aims to illustrate his purpose), who is undergoing field testing in preparation for deployment in a futuristic mining atmosphere. Christopher Oakley's RoboRex makes a cameo in this animation (as he will in many more probably) as the robot supervising the test procedures.
