Prologue: This original recording was made in 1972 with a Sony Walkman, hence the quality. I found five cassettes lost in a drawer of the ONLY recording of a full evening at the restaurant I worked with Shahen as a duo. We worked in two restaurants LE SABAYON and LA GRANGE in St Eustache, it was great improvising and making our own sounds as this recording demonstrates, I will be posting soon the whole evening that is 4 hours long but fun to relive these great moments, this is before the economi
