Description: Quick and easy dish with LOADS of flavor. Hailing from South India, from the city of Chennai (or Madras), this spice packed dish uses Madras curry powder, Garam Masala, and dried curry (kari) leaves to give it a spicy kick. If you’re not a fan of shrimp, you can easily substitute lamb, poultry, pork, seafood, or vegetables in its place.
