I denne filmen skal vi se på hvordan bygg kan planlegges for å oppnå gode romløsninger, og hvordan dette påvirker livssykluskostnadene. Vi vet at arealbruken i de fleste bygg endres flere ganger i byggets livsløp. Nye behov kommer opp og vi får stadig ny kunnskap om hvordan romløsninger påvirker arbeids- eller læringsmiljøet. Fleksible planløsninger gjør endringer enklere og gir lavere livssykluskostnader. Eksemplet er Framsenteret i Tromsø.nnI det første forslaget til innredning
