Kayı tribe is a frontiersman that remains its' presence at Söğüt. Because of where the tribe is located to face the Byzantine danger, they are in a continuous state of red alert. Giving the conditions and the sickness of Ertuğrul Ghazi, there occured a power vacuum. The power struggle caused by this war of principality is between Osman who is heroic and brave is the youngest child of Ertuğrul Ghazi and the uncle of Osman; Dündar and Gündüz who is good at statesmanship. Dündar, is the most succesfull man in the field of politics after his elder brother Ertuğrul Ghazi. After his brother's sickness emerged, his hunger towards power has increased. Dündar is born ready to defeat whomever is against him on this path to power. Aygül, on the other hand, is responsible for the women administration that lives in the Kayi tribe, and ever since they were a child she is in love with Osman and wishes to marry him. The brave and beautiful Bala Hanım who is the daughter of Şeyh Edebali, is after some truths to protect her people. For they both prioritize their people's future, Bala Hanım's and Osman's path has crossed. They fall in love at first sight. Although, betrayals and plots causes major obstacles for their love. After the events of the last film, the unit has expanded though there's pressure on Commissioner Mayank Sharma (Manuj Bhaskar) to shut it down. One night, a deadly shootout takes place at Night Owl Bar where several people are killed. Avinash is asked to head the cast as the PA of a minister also dies in the shootout. Avinash and his team begin the investigation assuming that the shootout took place to eliminate the PA. But they soon realize that a girl present at the bar, Azma Khan (Surbhi Rohra), is the reason why the killings happened. She was present at the bar with her friend Irrfan and both were eliminated. As they investigate, the unit realizes that Azma was an escort. Meanwhile, the dead body of a girl named Tara Sachdev is found in Jaipur. Avinash realizes that there's a connection between the two murders. But it's not easy to zero in on a suspect as there are too many players involved, all with their own motives. What happens next forms the rest of the film.<br/><br/>Aban Bharucha Deohans' story is intriguing. Aban Bharucha Deohans' screenplay is captivating in places. In no time, one gets sucked into the goings-on. The writing is also peppered with a lot of unexpected developments. However, it gets too stretched in the middle. Aban Bharucha Deohans' dialogues have an impact but a few one-liners seem forced.<br/><br/>Aban Bharucha Deohans' direction is uncomplicated, which is very important since a lot happens in the film and there are too many suspects. As it happens in most whodunits, the director makes viewers guess who must be behind the killings and the motive for doing so. There’s also a human trafficking angle that adds a lot to the plot. In fact, the Jaipur episode keeps viewers on the edge of their seats. The suspense is unpredictable.<br/><br/>On the flipside, the film is 2 hours and 22 minutes long. It drags at some places. Though the makers try their best to keep the narrative simple, a few developments are confusing. The flashback of the killing at the bar is very unconvincing. How exactly the killer killed so many without a hindrance is not easy to digest. Also, the motive behind it is weak. A few developments are not depicted visually and are given a raw deal. It hampers the impact to some extent.")

Breaking up is a problem because they’re not Gen Z enough to ghost each other. At most, they hang around in the relationship until the love dissipates. Anything to not have “the talk”. In this normal universe, the film is certainly not called Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, or anything on the lines of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Pyaar Ka Punchnama. But in Luv Ranjan’s universe, this same story is a bitter battle of sexes between a good-looking boy and a gorgeous girl who tries to leave him because – horror of horrors – she likes her independence and his family is too overbearing.<br/><br/>You can’t say Ranjan isn’t trying. If anything, this is him reacting to the criticism – that is, the (correct) accusations of casual misogyny bubble-wrapped in crowd-pleasing comedy – of his previous movies. You see, the women in those movies (Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety) were scheming, conniving caricatures who forced their boyfriends to choose between bromance and romance. Love was a messy war of ownership. But here, the conflict is centered on the woman’s inability to be cruel and manipulative; she is too evolved to be the quintessential Luv Ranjan heroine. (Coincidentally, actress Shraddha Kapoor’s breakout film, from 2011, was called Luv Ka The End). Her Nisha in this film is so nice that, rather than force poor Rohan (Ranbir Kapoor) to choose between his family and her, she attempts to do the nobler thing: Gaslight him into believing he’s the issue. Nisha would rather have Rohan reject her than the other way around. You see, her dishonesty is merely an expression of compassion. This is Luv Ranjan being progressive.<br/><br/>Never mind that Rohan, like his Kartik Aaryan-esque predecessors, decides to turn her predicament into a game. At stake is the incorruptible Indian idea of marrying not just the person, but also the family. In the pink corner lies Rohan’s courage to go from cold Casanova to heartbreaking martyr, and his pride of being a Momma’s Boy. In the blue corner lies Nisha’s reluctance to sacrifice her own ambitions at the altar of Rohan’s Barjatya-shaped love. There can be only one winner.
