Description: This is not a beginner practice - we will be working on upper body strength, building it up to handstand preparation and kick-up against the wall. I haven't posted a more dynamic video for a while, so thought some of you might welcome it. There is not a whole lot of warm-up, so my suggestion is that you do a few rounds of Sun Salutations before you start.
